1. Transparent Pricing: We are committed to being as transparent as possible with all costs. Should any potential changes or additional charges arise, we will always discuss them with you before proceeding 

2. Hosting Fees: For the One Page Website, the annual renewal fee is £115 per year or £9.99 per month. For all other packages, the renewal cost is £220 per year or £18.99 per month. The first year of hosting is included with all website builds, and by default, your site will be hosted on our own servers. While you do have the option to host your site elsewhere, we strongly advise against it. Hosting with us ensures optimal performance, security, and reliable backups. By using our servers, we can guarantee that your website runs smoothly and is well-protected. 3. License Fees: We use Elementor Pro for our website builds, which currently costs between £60 and £100 per year. The first year of this license fee is included with our service. After the first year, you have the option to renew the license. If you choose not to renew, your website will remain functional, but you will lose access to some key features, which could affect your ability to add new content. Additionally, certain custom plugins specific to your project may incur annual license fees. However, in most cases, no premium plugins are required for 95% of our customers. Once you get in touch with us and before we proceed, we will provide you with a full project breakdown and detailed pricing for any additional costs, if applicable

4. Maintenance / Support Fees:  To maintain the security and performance of your website, it’s essential to keep third-party integrations and plugins updated, as they can sometimes be vulnerable to security issues.

We provide 30 days of complimentary support after your website is launched. Beyond this period, you have the option to choose between our pay-per-month support plan or an annual maintenance plan. These plans include regular updates and dedicated support to ensure your website remains secure and performs optimally.

While ongoing support is not mandatory, please be aware that without it, your website could experience downtime or security vulnerabilities. If you decide not to opt for a maintenance plan, your site may be at risk of performance issues or security breaches.
